Regulations for Guests of Wola Park Sports Amusement Park in Krakow

  1. The entity managing the Wola Sport Park Sp. z o.o. located at Sodowa 5 Street in Krakow, entered into the National Court Register (KRS) under number 761412 with Tax Identification Number (NIP) 677-244-00-73, hereinafter referred to as the Manager.
  2. All persons entering the Amusement Park are required to familiarize themselves with these regulations before entering and comply with their provisions.
  3. The Amusement Park is open on weekdays from 14:30 to 19:30, and on weekends from 11:00 to 19:30. However, opening hours may change due to adverse weather conditions such as storms, hail, rain, etc.
  4. The Amusement Park reserves the right to reserve part or all of the Park’s area for clients after prior notification on the Park’s website or by placing information in a visible location in the Park.
  5. Entry to the Amusement Park during its opening hours is granted to individuals with a valid admission ticket, invitation, or special free ticket (hereinafter referred to as “admission ticket”). Admission tickets to the Amusement Park are purchased for a specified period according to the price list.
  6. An admission ticket or invitation entitles you to use available equipment and attractions such as: climbing wall, sports trampoline, eurobungy, zip line without securing, toboggan slide, net obstacle park, basketball, toddler zone, inflatable slide. Additionally, riding quads is chargeable and requires an additional admission ticket according to the applicable price list. There are also games available in the park: Air hockey and table soccer – additionally payable with coins (2 PLN/5 PLN).
  7. Upon purchasing an admission ticket at the ticket office or presenting a previously purchased/received admission ticket, each person using the attractions receives a wristband with a timekeeping watch for the duration of their stay in the Amusement Park, and for quads, a wristband entitling them to a ride during their stay in the Amusement Park.
  8. After exceeding the purchased time on the admission ticket, the user is required to pay an additional fee according to the price list. The user is informed of the amount of the fee when returning the wristband with the watch upon leaving the Amusement Park.
  9. No refunds or settlements of fees paid for unused admission tickets due to reasons attributable to the user are made by the Amusement Park.
  10. Leaving the Amusement Park is considered the end of using the attractions and involves returning the wristband with the watch and settlement. Re-entry to the Amusement Park is only possible after purchasing a new admission ticket or based on leaving a deposit of 10 PLN per person leaving the Park, who returns to the Park within 30 minutes from leaving. In justified and exceptional cases, an exception to this rule may be made only with the consent of the Park’s staff or management.
  11. It is prohibited to transfer the wristband with the watch to a third party for the purpose of using the attractions in the Amusement Park.
  12. Children over 3 years old may use the Amusement Park attractions. Children under 3 years old can use the Toddler Zone and Inflatable Slide.
  13. Children aged 3 to 13 staying in the Amusement Park must be under the constant supervision of an adult (e.g., legal guardian or person authorized by them in a legally permissible manner; teacher). The supervising person decides whether the child will use the attractions independently or together with them according to the conditions of use of the respective attraction.
  14. Minors who are 13 years old and above may use the Amusement Park under the constant supervision and supervision of a parent or guardian, and in their absence, only with their prior written consent. The form is available on the website or at the ticket office.
  15. Guardians entering on the same ticket with children do not use the attractions. In case of using the attractions, such a guardian should purchase an admission ticket for a specified period and receive a wristband with a watch counting the time spent in the Amusement Park.
  16. The rules for using attractions are determined by regulations and information posted at individual devices. Devices can be used only with the consent and in the presence of the attraction’s staff. For safety reasons and if the user does not meet the conditions for using the attraction as indicated in the respective regulations, the staff may refuse the person to use the device or attraction in the Amusement Park.
  17. Considering other provisions of the Regulations, each person independently decides on using a particular attraction available in the Amusement Park, taking into account their (and if they are responsible for supervising a child – the child’s) skills, capabilities, health status, and current preparation of the body for possible effort (warm-up), as well as any resulting limitations, threats, or risks. It is recommended to use sports shoes for attractions, unless the regulations of a particular attraction specify otherwise. Persons with health problems (including pregnant women) should not use attractions in the Amusement Park.
  18. With the safety of our Guests in mind, we inform that the attractions in the Amusement Park have predetermined parameters for users (e.g., height, age, weight restrictions, etc.). Therefore, persons whose physical conditions (e.g., height, weight, bulkiness) prevent safe and compliant use of the device are prohibited from using attractions that have such restrictions.
  19. Use of devices such as mobile phones, cameras, photographic cameras or devices with identical functionalities, as well as bringing items that may fall out/tear off, etc., is prohibited during the use of the device/attraction by the Guest.
  20. There is no upper capacity limit and as long as it does not pose a threat to safety, all persons who purchase an admission ticket will be admitted to the Park. During weekends and sunny days, expect high attendance in the Park, and consequently longer waiting times to access individual attractions. The waiting period in the queue after entering the Amusement Park may change, including possible extension.
  21. Attractions are available to Guests only under weather conditions (weather) that allow safe use of the attractions. In conditions that prevent safe use of the attractions (e.g., storm, gale, heavy rain, hail, earthquake, atmospheric discharges, and other similar atmospheric phenomena), attractions are unavailable to Guests.
  22. Within the Amusement Park, the following actions are prohibited:
    • Smoking tobacco,
    • Bringing or possessing firearms or other dangerous items, explosive materials, pyrotechnic products, flammable materials, narcotics, hallucinogens, psychotropic substances, “designer drugs,” or other items that could endanger the lives or health of individuals on the premises of the Amusement Park;
    • Bringing in and consuming any type of alcoholic beverages,
    • Removing from the premises of the Amusement Park any items owned by the Amusement Park, as well as littering or polluting the Amusement Park;
    • Damaging or destroying items belonging to the Amusement Park or other persons;
    • Entering areas not designated for unauthorized persons, including utility rooms, offices, or backstage areas;
    • Selling, advertising, soliciting, or conducting monetary collections without the consent of the owner of the Amusement Park;
    • Affixing stickers within the park;
    • Damaging greenery;
    • Bringing animals, except for assistance dogs for disabled individuals (i.e., guide dogs for the blind or visually impaired, mobility assistance dogs, signal dogs for the deaf or hard of hearing, dogs alerting to medical conditions such as epilepsy or heart conditions), in accordance with Article 20a of the Act on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities;
    • Riding bicycles, roller skates, skateboards, rollerblades, or similar devices;
    • Engaging in any behaviors that discriminate against other guests (including racism, antisemitism, xenophobia, or homophobia);
    • Operating drones or other unmanned aerial vehicles over the premises belonging to the Amusement Park. This prohibition also applies to balloons, hang gliders, powered paragliders, microlights, etc.;
  23. Persons who will not be admitted to the Amusement Park include: individuals who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, psychotropic substances, or other intoxicating substances, behaving aggressively, possessing items listed in point 22 of the regulations, or against whom a ban from entering the Amusement Park has previously been imposed. The ban from entering the Amusement Park applies to persons listed in the register of offenders of sexual crimes.
  24. Persons disturbing public order or violating the provisions of this Amusement Park regulation, the regulations of a specific attraction, or generally accepted norms of behavior, will be escorted off the premises of the Amusement Park and its parking lot for guests, or handed over promptly to the Police.
  25. In case of causing material damage within the Amusement Park or on its premises, as well as in the parking lot designated for guests of the Amusement Park, committing an offense or crime, violating safety regulations, or behaving improperly, security personnel have the right to apprehend the perpetrator for immediate handover to the Police.
  26. The Amusement Park is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure, acts of nature, weather conditions, or actions or omissions of third parties. The user’s liability for damages incurred during their stay at the Amusement Park depends on the factors causing them.
  27. If lost or abandoned items are found within the Amusement Park, its surroundings, or the parking lot, they will be stored at the Amusement Park’s cash office. The Amusement Park will return the lost or abandoned item upon demonstrating rightful ownership.
  28. In case of any injury or bodily harm, regardless of its nature, visitors are advised to contact the Amusement Park’s staff. Such reports will form the basis for seeking compensation from the Amusement Park’s insurance policy.
  29. The Amusement Park is equipped with a surveillance system. Persons entering the Amusement Park acknowledge and consent to monitoring.
  30. The Amusement Park reserves the right to amend this Regulation at any time if deemed necessary.
  31. This Regulation enters into force on January 1, 2024.
  32. The controller of personal data is Park Wola Sport Sp. z o.o., located at Sodowa 5 Street, Krakow, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 761412 with Tax Identification Number (NIP) 677-244-00-73.
  33. Personal data will be used exclusively for the provision and offering of the Amusement Park’s own services.
  34. Providing personal data by Park users is voluntary, and every person has the right to access and correct their content.
